Lungwort (Pulmonaria officinalis L.) plant is also known under the names common lungwort, Mary's tears or Our Lady's milk drops. Infusion: 1 tsp of Lungwort Herb pour 200 ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, let it cool. Strain and drink 3 x daily 100 ml.
