We only make knives that we would prefer to keep ourselves. This is the conviction on which the GIESSER company was founded two centuries ago and on which it is still built, emphasises Hans-Joachim Giesser. We still run a real family business that has grown slowly and healthily from a passion for precise craftsmanship. Together with our 130 employees, we produce knives that are honest, solid and durable working tools. Attention: Even a Giesser knife cannot withstand extraneous rust. Avoid products that are washed in the dishwasher together with the Giesser products and can thus transfer extraneous rust.
