After the Tufan Kingdom, Tibet saw the rise and decline of another succeeding west kingdom---the kingdom of Guge which got prosperous and made great contributions to the history in the first half of 600 years, carrying forward Buddhism and resisting the alien invasion. However, this glorious kingdom decayed in the latter half of 600 years and nothing was left but some impressive sites and relics. Since then, the eternal mystery of Guge kingdom has been haunting people wanting to find out, discover and decipher everything behind it.... Kejia Temple, located about 100 kilometers to the south of Pulan county, Ngari, is well-known for the statue of Wenshu Bodhisattva enshrined and worshiped in it and the tremendous cultural relics left in over 1,000 years.
