The Fit+ (formerly the "Pro Freestyle") is a specialist freestyle jump rope and is the adult jump rope commonly used at international and USA jump rope competitions. Why? Long 8" handles make tricks like crosses and releases easier. Non-slip grip tape helps with holding onto the rope. Specialty 4mm freestyle PVC cord holds it shape for consistent tricks and is the right weight/thickness for quick movements. Unbreakable plastic handles with low profile grip tape. Snap/lock system for easy and convenient resizing and cord replacement. Handle: 8" long / 1oz weight (each handle) / .9" diameter at end / low profile grip tape. Light Weight: Handles are designed ultra light weight (1oz per handle) for easy rope manipulation so your arms/fingers won't tire while jumping. Freestyle cord: Unique 4mm PVC licorice cord delivers a consistent rotation. Most PVC stretches at high speeds. The Fit+ cord features an inner string that keeps it from stretching or breaking. Kink free & tangle resistant. Durable for indoor or outdoor use. See replacement PVC cords. Adjustable Sizing: Comes with a 10 foot cord. Will fit anybody up to 6' 4" tall. Snap/lock system makes adjusting length incredibly easy. Simply slide the adjustable end to the desired length and trim off the excess cord with some scissors.
