The USB cable is provided and the charger/adapter used for charging the product should have a power rating of 5 Volts with 1 Amp current or less. The current of more than 1 Amp can damage the charging circuit of the product 2. There's also a thin plastic lamination on the screen (acts as protection against scratches) which may cause the blurriness on the screen and some pixilation. This lamination can be peeled off for better visibility and will minimize the issues customer faces with the screen 3. Because of constant use of the console or the console getting dropped, sometimes the battery will get loose, so the customer needs to take out the battery and put it in again appropriately. This will prevent the device from switching off abruptly 4. The SUP game irrespective of durability can get damaged due to inappropriate handling like any other toy gaming console and should be kept away from water and moisture.
